Dr Ellison Stephenson

Dr Ellison Stephenson’s aim is to be a leader in Neurosurgical diagnosis and solutions both operatively and non operatively as required.

Dr Stephenson completed Neurosurgical training (FRACS) in January, 2001. For the next two years she pursued further post fellowship training within the Department of Neurosurgery at Frenchay Hospital, Bristol, United Kingdom. This allowed her to pursue interests in all aspects of Neurosurgery including; Brain tumour management, Base of Skull Neurosurgery, spine, pain, and neurovascular surgery.

She commenced private practice on the Gold Coast in July 2003, together with a public appointment at the Gold Coast Hospital.

She believes in providing a welcoming and comfortable relationship where tests, procedures and outcomes are explained to the patient in understandable terms. She will help you achieve the best possible result to your problem.
